100 Days of Motherhood – DAY TWO

DAY 2

There are lots of parts of motherhood that I find…well difficult, the bickering, the tantrums and life just being so bloody loud all the time.
But these quiet moments give me the strength to get through the hard days, I live for them… just snuggling your sleepy child, feeling content but also like you’re going to cry.
Nothing prepares you for this kinda love, the deepest most overwhelming intense love you’ve ever felt.
If you’re a Mama then you know.

Todays image is a self portrait of myself and my youngest daughter, who’s growing up too quickly.
I remind myself to soak it all in, forget the bad bits because it’s so worth it.

Just stop growing though!
