The first days with your newborn baby are some of the most incredible days of your life. Everything feels so brand new, yet somehow like it’s always been this way. It’s such an intense whirlwind of emotions; the days blend into each other, and time disappears. Suddenly your baby is so different, so much bigger, and you realise why everyone always says they grow fast. (Mum’s to be – you’re going to have to take my word for it).

Capturing one of your precious first days with your baby while you’re living it is something I’m so passionate about. I want to document you just being together. Because when the newborn fog and the tiredness lifts, I want you to look back and remember what life looked like. But most importantly, I want to capture all the details, the little touches, the way you look at each other, the emotion, so you remember what it feels like too.
