As a 90s child, I’ve always loved family albums. I remember running my fingers over the thick leather covers, lifting the glossy pockets, and sometimes holding the album at the wrong angle and watching the photos scatter everywhere. But more than anything, I remember the feeling of them.
Each photograph is a story, where we’ve been, who we’ve loved, and where we belong. Many moments I only remember because they were photographed; memory alone would have let them fade.
It’s always been more than just photos to me. It’s about creating future nostalgia, heirlooms your children will return to again and again. Searching for themselves, and the love that shaped them.
I’ve never heard anyone regret having too many family photos. But I often hear people wish they hadn’t waited so long, or missed the moment entirely.
