I have families from years ago who still deeply cherish the first family photographs they took with me. They are still hung proudly on the walls of their family home and those of their Grandparents. I urge you to take the time and investment to not let these times and moments pass you by without documenting them.

Sometimes life can get a little overwhelming, and days, weeks, and months pass us by, and we realise that we didn’t take enough photos. We realise that the chubby cheeks and their baby teeth have disappeared; they have entered a new stage in life. It happens so fast before we are ready.

Don’t let this happen to you. Capture your life now, and the moments spent laughing and playing in the sand with the stunning backdrop of the Cornwall coast will stay with you for years to come.

Family photos aren’t just for your littlest loves either. I adore the family shoots I have with the big kids. The ones just transitioning to adulthood, off to college and uni, and the family unit is changing and evolving.

So take the time to experience a family session – unplugged time, soaking in each other. Every stage is important, and you will never regret it.
