FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

It’s always best to get in touch as early as possible. I typically book up two months in advance; Spring and Summer sessions are exceptionally high in demand. If you would like to book a session whilst on holiday in Cornwall, I recommend you let me know as soon as you’ve booked your accommodation.

I know some beautiful spots and hidden gems across Cornwall that serve as a breathtaking backdrop for your photos. Alternatively, you might prefer a snug, intimate session in the cosiness of your home or holiday accommodation.

I always recommend neutral, earthy colours. Upon booking, you’ll receive a style guide, and I’m always on hand to help. But ultimately, choose outfits that are comfortable, reflect your personal style and make you feel amazing.

Sure! If you want an additional grandparent or two at your session, this is no problem; I ask for an extra £25 per additional adult outside of your immediate family.

Who knew such an angel existed? Both myself and my husband really dislike having our photo taken, and the first thing my husband asked when I suggested Melanie visit, was whether we would have to lay on the floor in our socks in a white studio with fluffy props (you know what I’m talking about…) The process of our family shoot and the results were soooo far from this. Melanie was amazing and it felt like we were just hanging out for the day. She’s talented, friendly, warm to be around and soooo comfy to have in your home.
